Built from the perspective of the customer.
While stocking Crown Point Ranch, we found out how hard it is to buy deer. Communication was inconsistent, animal quality was unpredictable, commitments were not always honored, and pricing could change without warning.
Those experiences set the standard behind this operation. We decided what was worth competing on was not the size of the promise but whether the ordinary parts of a deal hold up — and that we would rather earn a buyer who comes back than close one big sale.

Stocker Bucks

Our signature program
Build your herd while you build your ranch.
The worst part of developing a new high-fence property is the dead time between closing on the land and harvesting your first mature buck. The Jumpstart Program removes it.
Buy your does now. They live and breed in our pens while your infrastructure goes up, with our handling facility on site for AI, health work, and anything else they need. Boarding runs $125 per deer per month.
When you’re ready, we deliver a herd that has already been reproducing for a year or two — for a fraction of what buying it all at once would cost.
